About Otello Padovani

Otello Padovani started his career as a Credit Derivatives quant within the Derivatives Research team at JP Morgan Chase, NY. After some years he took up a new role as an Exotic and Hybrids Derivatives Trader at JP Morgan Chase, London. After leaving JP Morgan he joined Eurizon Vita, Milan as Head of Innovation and Derivatives. He then set a private venture with Katarsis Capital Advisors SA, Lugano, operating as Investment Advisor to its Luxembourg domiciled subsidiary, Eskatos Capital Management, an asset manager operating within the insurance linked security space. After leaving Katarsis and Eskatos he has been devoting his time to study different aspects of the financial markets. Otello holds a MSc in Mathematics of Finance at NYU and a PhD in Computational Methods in Finance at Bergamo University.
